TAZ Studio takes extreme care of the product packaging in every order, to minimize the risk of defects. However, during shipping or transit, any unforeseen circumstances are inevitable. We will not compensate and refund for any defect items and minor impact on the boxes or statue. Most of the products are made with resins which is fragile, please contact TAZ Studio within 24 hours with photos or videos of defects. We will request assistance from the studio immediately. Any replacement or exchange of parts/body are depending on studios’ approval. Collectors are liable for any shipping fee incurred for the exchange. We can also file a complaint to the shipping company.

The final release date of this product is subject to delays by manufacture or quality factors.

Any balance remaining should be fully paid within 5 days upon the notification of collection. Failure to respond or pay up within a given time frame will be deemed as product cancellation and deposit will be forfeited.

We are not responsible for, Loss, Theft, and Breakage due to inappropriate handling.

All figurines are hand-crafted products; there are no identical pieces, and minor differences between the two same parts.

The finished product might be vary from the prototype shown because all figures are handmade. 

All resin statues are hand-made and is fragile. It may happened minor paint fade or abrasion. For all collectors, please take note this before purchase and TAZ Studio will not refund on this scenario.

After the collection within 24 hours, if there are missing parts or defects please contact us. We will assist to contact the studio for replacement. Shipping fee will be covered by the buyer

Each studio has different solutions for defects. We will help to communicate with the studios and give you the best solution.

 Buyers are NOT entitled for a refund if received defect statue. We ensure every statue is well packed before dispatch and we are not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances.
